Liz began her career with Cadbury Trebor Bassett, spending 6 years moving from Quality Management through Production & Operations roles. In 2000she moved industry and joined PPG where she was Operations Mgr of an automotive refinish plant. She then became Business Improvement Mgr designing and delivering a lean based improvement program &working closely with Toyota on their product’s supply & quality. A subsequent move to Operations Director of Farecla Products Ltd enabled her to drive improvement in a growing global business working across Europe, Asia & America. She returned to the food industry in 2013 Bighams Ltd.. During this time she has designed and implemented new production lines and re-structured business processes to deliver cost improvement alongside quality & capability improvements in a period of significant business growth. She has just lead the project to design and build a new site utilising all the learning and lean approach.
