Christopher Faulkner set up The Food Service Expert following 30 years in Foodservice. He ran Pubs and Restaurants before joining BookerFitch Foodservice (Bidfood) where he helped set up Central Distribution. He then worked for Hays Distribution, Universe Foodservice and Brakes where he ran some of the largest contracts including Mitchells & Butlers.
